Warranty is applied on belong’s products only and any items provided by other vendors will be subject to the warranty terms and conditions as per the respective vendor policy

All items supplied by belong are covered by 3 Year Warranty including Sofas, L-Shapes, Armchairs, Poufs, T.V Units, Consoles, Coffee Tables, Bookcase, and, shelving, Recliners, Beds, Night Tables, Dresser, Benches, Wardrobes, Dining Tables, Dining Chairs, Sideboards, and Kids Furniture. Excluding items supplied by other vendors as these items are covered separately as per each vendor’s terms and conditions

Guarantee starts from the first day of purchase and applies to domestic use only, when making a claim you will need the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase

Our legal liability is limited to repair or replacement if required and approved by our customer service

Our Guarantee cover defects in material and workmanship on the below components

Wooden bases
Wooden legs
Inner frames and structures
Outer frames and structures
Hinged doors and hinges
Sliding doors and sliding door mechanism
Our Guarantee don’t cover the below

This guarantee does not apply to products that have been stored or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products
This guarantee does not cover fabric covers and leather covers
This guarantee does not cover natural wear, use deterioration and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents
All seat cushion cores have a natural tendency to become softer during a normal usage cycle, and will conform to the degree of use, a Limited Warranty applies after approval by our customer service
This guarantee does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment
This guarantee does not cover Knobs and handles
This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damages
We do not offer services for furniture after purchase which includes services such as changing fabrics, reupholstering, replacing foam or fiber fillings, or changing the paint color, size and/or any alteration. Our commitment is to ensure the quality of products, but any modifications or alterations after purchase are not covered under our service offerings. We recommend consulting a professional service provider if you require any of the mentioned services
